We assure you that our services will be up and running around the globe and do not foresee any impact during COVID-19/Coronavirus. We are carefully monitoring the advice from our local government, WHO and are prepared as a team to mitigate any potential disruptions.

Delivering a continuous service

Since the early days of building Applozic from the ground up our focus has been to create an architecture that is reliable and scalable. With complete product built over the cloud, we assure that our services will be uninterrupted. Along with that, our team has spent time over the weekend and created additional policies and procedures to detect and respond to any situations that may arise. This has been done taking into consideration that we also work with some third-party providers. We will continue to keep you posted about our evolving plans.

Recent Product Updates

We recently released  ApplozicSwift SDK 5.0.0 and Applozic Obj-C SDK 7.2.0. For previous updates & feature additions, check out all our last month’s release notes.

Following are some of the major updates only for iOS devices

  • Save Media Directly in Gallery
    Our recent update will allow users to directly save the media in their gallery from the chat. We have introduced the feature for the exchange of data and also allowing users to sync their “Photos” app for the easy back of the data.
  • Single Tap Conversations
    With a number of our customers, we saw users initiating one-to-one conversations after meeting or conversing with another user in a group. In our latest update for Obj-C SDK, we have introduced the option to message any group member by tapping on the member’s name.
  • Group Message History
    We have noticed that once a user leaves the group all the messages in that thread got lost. We have now fixed this by calling a different API. So from now on, users can still see all the previous messages even if they are not part of the group.

    Other Feature Updates
  • We have fixed a bug where keyboard in other languages was changed to English after sending a message.
  • An alignment issue in the Conversation screen’s button has been fixed.
  • We noticed an error when updating certain localizable strings from a custom localizable file that did not work.
  • A bug which led to trimming of in-app notification banner has been fixed. [Obj-C]
  • A crash which happened if a channel was not found has been fixed. [Obj-C]
