How is the Monthly Active User count calculated?

It is the total number of users who visit the chat window within the 30-Day subscription cycle. The metric takes into account only unique visitors, so repeat visits from the same user are not considered. This means even if a user visits the chat widget multiple times, the MAU count will only be incremented by one.

What happens if I cross the MAU limit of my account?

Our systems scale automatically so all users above your designated MAU quota will be automatically accommodated. Your plan will be auto-upgraded and we will notify you about it via email and phone.

Can I try Applozic for free during the development phase?

Yes certainly, we have a 30-Days trial period and you don't have to share your credit card info for that. You have unrestricted access to all the features during the trial. However, you need to upgrade before making the application live. In case your development stretches beyond 30 days, we can extend your trial.

Does the price include hosting and maintenance charges?

Yes the price is inclusive of hosting and maintenance charges on the standard servers.

What are the modes of payment?

At this time we only accept online payments. You can pay directly using your credit card.

Can I easily change plans?
